Ingredients For baked breaded porkchops

  • 8
    pork chops, whatever type you prefer
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 3\4 c
    cornflake crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 4 tsp
    paprika
  • 2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 3/4 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    ceyenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • cooking spray as needed

How To Make baked breaded porkchops

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2
    Beat egg with milk. Place pork chops in milk mixture and let stand for 5 minutes, turning once.

    Meanwhile, mix cornflake crumbs, spices and salt.
  • 4
    Remove chops from mixture and coat thoroughly with crumb mixture.

    Place chops in a 9x13" Baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Turn chops and bake an additional 15 - 20 minutes or until no pink remains.
