8pork chops, whatever type you prefer

1egg
-
1 cmilk
-
3\4 ccornflake crumbs

1/4 cdry bread crumbs
-
4 tsppaprika
-
2 tspdried oregano
-
3/4 tspchili powder
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1/8 tspceyenne pepper
-
1/8 tspdry mustard
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
cooking spray as needed
How To Make baked breaded porkchops

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Beat egg with milk. Place pork chops in milk mixture and let stand for 5 minutes, turning once.

3Meanwhile, mix cornflake crumbs, spices and salt.

4Remove chops from mixture and coat thoroughly with crumb mixture.

5Place chops in a 9x13" Baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Turn chops and bake an additional 15 - 20 minutes or until no pink remains.
