1 capple butter

1/4 capple cider vinegar

1/2 cbrown sugar

1 1/2 Tbspwhole grain dijon mustard

1/2 tsppepper

1/2 capple juice or cider (or white wine)
How To Make apple butter pork chops

1In a small bowl, whisk together the apple butter, brown sugar, vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and apple juice. Set aside.

2Place the apples and onions into the slow-cooker. Add pork chops and pour the apple butter mixture over all.
