I never get tired of experimenting with marinades for chops. To me grilled chops are the best. Can't beat the caramelization and flavor you get from grilling. Enjoy!

each - soy sauce, olive oil & dijon mustard
1 Tbsp

each - grated garlic & onion
1 Tbsp

brown sugar
1/2 tsp

fresh cracked pepper, onion powder & garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbsp

worcestershire sauce

boneless center cut chops

How To Make ~ another tasty chop ~

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place chops into a gallon sized resealable plastic baggie. Pour marinade over chops. Squeeze air from bag and place in refrigerator, turning every 30 minutes for up to 2 hours.

Grill 5 - 7 minutes on each side over a hot grill.
