Oh gosh...We moved to Boise, Idaho in 1990. We walked the neighborhood every night and found this sweet spot just around the corner. The Zambini was THE BOMB...omg....it was a fast favorite and has stuck with me ever since. It is my husband's go-to favorite pizza recipe on the planet. You won't be sorry if you like a little heat, something different, a sourdough crust and definitely on the edge and totally unusual. If you are adventurous....try this one out for size, you won't be disappointed.
