I love pizza and this is a great low cal version you can dress it any way you like.

Ingredients For low fat pepperoni pizza on a flat out

1low fat low carb whole wheat tortilla (i use a brand called flat out)

1/4 cfat free mozzarella cheese

8-12 sliceturkey pepperoni

1/3 cpizza sauce
-
2 Tbspchopped green peppers
-
2 slicemushrooms
-
1/3 smonion, thinly sliced
-
2 Tbsplow fat mozzarella cheese
-
2 tspparmesan cheese
How To Make low fat pepperoni pizza on a flat out

1Lightly spray the tortilla with Pam. Toast the tortilla in a 400 degre oven for 5-7 minutes.

2Remove the flatout and top (in order) with pizza sauce, fat free cheese, pepperoni slices, onions, mushrooms and green pepper.

3Sprinkle with 2 Tbl low-fat mozarella. 5Bake for 7-10 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, slice and serve!
