I think Im getting the hang of vegetarian and vegan dishes. It's all new to me, but I'm learning a lot of new things. I don't miss the meat at all. Fresh noodles with turnip greens and TSP (textured soy protein). Thought I'd share it with JAP"s Enjoycooking....keep it clean

Ingredients For vegan romen noodle lunch special
- ADD 1/2 STOCK TO TSP, LET SOAK 5 MIN. COOK LIKE GROUND BEEF UNTIL DESIRED BROWNESS

1ramen noodles (without the season pack)

1/2 ctsp (textured soy potein)

1 ccooked turnip greens

1 1/2 cvegetable broth & (the 1/2 for tsp

2scallions chopped

1 tspturmeric, ground

1 tspcumin seeds crushed

dashgarlic powder

dashpizza/pasta seasoning

vegan parmesan cheese, (for garnish)
How To Make vegan romen noodle lunch special

1Cook TSP as directed

2Bring 1 cup of stock and onions to boil, then add noodles

3Cook noodles as directed, and add all other ingredients at this time. Cook until noodles are tenders. Let stand for 3 minutes.

4Garnish with vegan cheese and TSP Enjoy.....Keep it Clean
