I think Im getting the hang of vegetarian and vegan dishes. It's all new to me, but I'm learning a lot of new things. I don't miss the meat at all. Fresh noodles with turnip greens and TSP (textured soy protein). Thought I'd share it with JAP"s Enjoycooking....keep it clean

Ingredients For vegan romen noodle lunch special

  • ADD 1/2 STOCK TO TSP, LET SOAK 5 MIN. COOK LIKE GROUND BEEF UNTIL DESIRED BROWNESS

    ramen noodles (without the season pack)
  • 1/2 c
    tsp (textured soy potein)
  • 1 c
    cooked turnip greens
  • 1 1/2 c
    vegetable broth & (the 1/2 for tsp
  • 2
    scallions chopped
  • 1 tsp
    turmeric, ground
  • 1 tsp
    cumin seeds crushed
  • dash
    garlic powder
  • dash
    pizza/pasta seasoning
  • vegan parmesan cheese, (for garnish)

    Cook TSP as directed

    Bring 1 cup of stock and onions to boil, then add noodles

    Cook noodles as directed, and add all other ingredients at this time. Cook until noodles are tenders. Let stand for 3 minutes.
