Ingredients For turkey tetrazzini - yummy

  • 1 - 12 oz
    package frozen egg noodles - i use reamers
  • 1 - 14 oz
    can, cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2 c
    turkey, cooked and diced
  • 3 c
    shredded, cheddar cheese
  • 10 oz
    frozen peas & carrots
  • 3 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Make turkey tetrazzini - yummy

    Cook noodles in boiling water 20 minutes; drain. Combine soup, milk, water and cheddar cheese in saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Combine the noodles, turkey, peas and carrots in a casserole dish. Pour cheese sauce over and mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 30-45 minutes.
