Ingredients For swedish meatballs

2 lbground beef
-
2 lbbreakfast sausage
-
1/2 coatmeal, uncooked
-
2 ccoleslaw mix ( bag)

1 lgonion
-
1 lggreen bell pepper
-
salt and pepper
- SAUCE
-
2(12 oz) jarbeef gravy
-
2 csour cream
-
2 bagegg noodles
-
worcestershire sauce
How To Make swedish meatballs

1finely dice onion and pepper ( I used a food processor )

2Mix beef, sausage, oatmeal, coleslaw, onion, pepper and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce in large bowl.

3Form into balls ( large ) and place into muffin pans and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. I put a cookie sheet under my muffin pan to catch any grease that may run off.
Made 24 meatballs. -
4SAUCE
Combine jars of gravy and the sour cream into a sauce pan. Add about 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce and stir. Simmer on low heat while cooking the egg noodles. -
5Serve plate of noodles with a few spoonfuls of sauce and top with meatballs.
