Ingredients For stuffed shells

24dry jumbo pasta shells
-
1 cchopped onion
-
1 Tbspolive oil
-
14 1/2 ozready diced tomatoes with italian seasoning

8 oztomato paste with roasted garlic
-
1 cchicken broth
-
2 lgeggs, beaten
-
15 ozricotta cheese
-
8 ozmozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make stuffed shells

1Cook pasta as directed and drain.

2Saute onion in oil until tender. Stir in undrained tomatoes, sauce, paste and broth.

3Combine eggs, ricotta and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Spoon filling into shells. Arrange in 3 quart baking dish.

4Spoon sauce over shells. Bake covered 30 minutes at 375. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
