Here's a nice light alternative for spaghetti. It's very healthy too.

Ingredients For spaghetti with garlic and rosemary

  • 1 oz
    fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 6 lg
    garlic cloves sliced thin
  • 1 tsp
    crushed red chilli flakes
  • 1/4 c
    chopped parsely flakes
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb
    spaghetti

How To Make spaghetti with garlic and rosemary

    Place spaghetti in 6 quarts of salted boiling water. Cook according to package directions.

    While spaghetti is cooking heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 3
    Add the garlic, red chilli, and rosemary and cook for abut 5 minutes or until garlic just starts to brown.

    Drain pasta and toss with the hot oil. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle parsley and parmesan on top.
