Here's a nice light alternative for spaghetti. It's very healthy too.

Ingredients For spaghetti with garlic and rosemary

1 ozfresh rosemary finely chopped

1/4 colive oil

6 lggarlic cloves sliced thin

1 tspcrushed red chilli flakes

1/4 cchopped parsely flakes

1 cparmesan cheese

1 lbspaghetti
How To Make spaghetti with garlic and rosemary

1Place spaghetti in 6 quarts of salted boiling water. Cook according to package directions.

2While spaghetti is cooking heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3Add the garlic, red chilli, and rosemary and cook for abut 5 minutes or until garlic just starts to brown.

4Drain pasta and toss with the hot oil. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle parsley and parmesan on top.
