After enjoying this at an office party, I shared it with family and it is now a favorite for all generations! It can be made ahead and frozen, especially if you have leftover pasta and sauce!

Ingredients For spaghetti pie

  • 7 oz
    spaghetti - cooked (angel hair makes a crispier crust)
  • 1/3 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted butter or butter
  • 14 oz
    jar pasta sauce
  • 1/2 lb
    optional: cooked ground beef
  • 1/2-1 c
    mozzarella cheese

How To Make spaghetti pie

  • 1
    Mix spaghetti, Parmesan, eggs, and butter/margarine
  • 2
    Put in sprayed pie pan and shape like a crust
  • 3
    Pour spaghetti sauce (with mixed in beef) over crust
  • 4
    Bake 25 minutes at 350
  • 5
    Remove from oven and sprinkle 1/2 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese Bake 5-10 min longer until cheese is melted

    Allow to set before cutting
