After enjoying this at an office party, I shared it with family and it is now a favorite for all generations! It can be made ahead and frozen, especially if you have leftover pasta and sauce!

Ingredients For spaghetti pie

7 ozspaghetti - cooked (angel hair makes a crispier crust)

1/3 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated

2eggs beaten

3 Tbspmelted butter or butter

14 ozjar pasta sauce

1/2 lboptional: cooked ground beef

1/2-1 cmozzarella cheese
How To Make spaghetti pie

1Mix spaghetti, Parmesan, eggs, and butter/margarine

2Put in sprayed pie pan and shape like a crust

3Pour spaghetti sauce (with mixed in beef) over crust

4Bake 25 minutes at 350

5Remove from oven and sprinkle 1/2 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese Bake 5-10 min longer until cheese is melted

6Allow to set before cutting
