Ingredients For skinny spaghetti

  • 200 g
    thin spaghetti
  • 1/2 c
    parsley, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 3 tsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 pt
    cherry tomatoes, halved
  • parmesan cheese to serve

How To Make skinny spaghetti

    Cook pasta according to pkg. directions andleave in water until ready to use. In a large bowl, combine parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Lift the wet pasta from the water and add to the bowl with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss together until well coated. Add tomatoes and season well with salt and pepper. Garnish with parmesan cheese to serve.
