Ingredients For shrimp linguini w/ shallots and basil

1/4 lblinguimi

1 Tbspolive oil

2 tspminced garlic

2 Tbspfinely minced shallots

2tomatoes, finely chopped

1/4 Tbspcrushed basil leaves

1/2 lbcooked, small shrimp

2green onions, chopped

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make shrimp linguini w/ shallots and basil

1Cook linguini as directed, drain. In lg skillet, over high heat, cook garlic and shallots in oil 1 mins.

2Add tomatoes and basil, cook 2 mins, stirring. Add shrimp, cook, stirring until hot and cooked through. Sprinkle w/ green onions, season w/ salt and pepper. Serve over linguini.
