This super easy and fast dish is great for those busy weeknights. If you don't want to microwave the fettuccine, you can simple heat it in a pan on the stove over med low heat. Stir frequently to keep from scorching. about 10 minutes.

Ingredients For shrimp fettuccine

  • 1/4 lb
    shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz
    fettuccine, cooked and drained
  • 2 c
    cooked peas
  • 1 1/2 c
    ranch dressing
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can
    sliced mushrooms, drained

How To Make shrimp fettuccine

    In a large microwave safe bowl, combine all ingredients.

    Microwave on hi for 2 to 6 minutes or until heated through.
  • 3
    You can use either canned (drained) or frozen (thawed) peas.
