Ingredients For quick tex-mex alfredo

  • 1 lb
    dreamfields healthy carbs fettuccine pasta
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2/3 c
    favorite picante sauce
  • 2/3 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    light sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • parsley, for garnish

How To Make quick tex-mex alfredo

  • 1
    Cook pasta as directed, drain, keep warm. In medium saucepan, combine butter, picante sauce and parmesan cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring until butter melts.

    Remove pan from heat. Stir in sour cream and salt. Pour sauce over pasta and toss to coat. Sprinkle w/ parsley and serve.
