3/4 ccrushed saltine cracker crumbs
How To Make pulled pork macaroni and cheese

1Preheat oven to 350 F.Coated a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.Add cubed american cheese.

2Prepared penne pasta according to package directions.

3Meanwhile,melt 2 tablespoons margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat.Gradually whisk in flour;cook,whisking constantly,1 minute.Gradually whisk in milk and blue cheese dressing until smooth;cook,whisking constantly,8 to 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.

4Whisk in cheeses and 1 tablespoon seasoned pepper until smooth.Remove from heat,and stir in shredded pork and pasta.

5Pour pasta mixture into a prepared baking dish.Sprinkle with bacon bits,cracker crumbs and remaining seasoned pepper over pasta mixture.

6Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
