Ingredients For pasta with spinach & gorgonzola sauce

1 lblinguine pasta

4 tspbutter

4 tspflour

1 canevaporated milk (12 oz)

1 cgorgonzola cheese, crumbled

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

6 ozbaby spinach, fresh
How To Make pasta with spinach & gorgonzola sauce

1Cook pasta according to directions

2Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add flour, cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk stirring constantly - bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.

3Remove from heat and stir in cheese, salt & pepper.

4Drain pasta, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water if needed for sauce. Combine sauce, pasta & spinach to combine. Serve it up!
