Ingredients For pasta factory’s pasta shells with mascarpone and w

  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 6 oz. mascarpone
  • 1/2 lb. medium size shell pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated pecorino cheese
  • 2 oz. shelled walnut halves, chopped coarsely
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • fresh chopped parsley

How To Make pasta factory’s pasta shells with mascarpone and w

    In heatproof serving dish, melt the butter and mascarpone. It must gently heat, not boil.

    To this mixture, add cooked pasta. Turn it to mix while adding half of the Pecorino, the walnuts and salt, pepper and parsley. Serve and pass remaining Pecorino. Serves 4
