Ingredients For orichetti bake

1 pkglaughing cow swiss cheese

1/4 ccountry crock spread (or butter)

3 1/2 cmilk, skim

1/4 cwheat flower
-
1 ccottage cheese
-
2 Tbspmustard
-
1 cham, diced

1 tspseasoned salt
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
dashsalt and pepper to taste

1 cshredded cheese
-
grated parmesan cheese to top recipe
How To Make orichetti bake

1In a microwavable mixing bowl, combine laughing cow cheese, butter spread, milk and wheat flour. Heat at 80% power for 3-4 minutes, until bubbly.

2Whisk ingredients till smooth. Continue heating for an additional 2 minutes until mixture thickens.

3Add in cottage cheese, pasta, mustard, ham, seasoned salt, garlic powder and shredded cheese. Mix together.

4Pour into a lightly greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees F for 45-50 minutes, until pasta is tender.

5Top with parmesan and enjoy!

6Options: 1)You can top the mixture with breadcrumbs before baking. 2) You may want to decrease the amount of mustard if it is too strong for your tastes. 3) I often use almond milk in this recipe for a nutty richness.
