Ingredients For one pot pasta

1onion diced

4 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 cantomatoes, canned italian-style and diced (28oz)

1 tsporegano
-
1/3 cfresh basil minced
-
1/4 tspcrushed red pepper

6 ozfresh baby spinach
-
2 cchicken broth
-
1 pkgpasta of choice
-
1/4 cparmesan cheese
How To Make one pot pasta

1Heat olive oil on medium heat. Stir in onion and garlic and saute until onion is translucent.

2Add in rest of ingredients saving some parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top of dishes.

3Cover and heat on high until comes to boil. Reduce to simmer and cook 15 minutes until pasta is al dente.
