Ingredients For one pot pasta with tomato-basil sauce

12 ozpasta of choice

1 can(28 oz.) diced tomatoes

2 cchicken broth

1/2 mdyellow onion, sliced

4 clovegarlic, sliced

1 tspdried oregano
-
1/3 cfirmly packed fresh basil leaves

2 tspsalt
-
1 Tbspolive oil
-
1 pkg(6 oz.) baby spinach

freshly grated parmesan cheese
How To Make one pot pasta with tomato-basil sauce

1Place the first nine ingredients in a Dutch oven in the order of ingredient list. Cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, and cook, covered, 10 to 12 minutes or until pasta is slightly al dente, stirring every 5 minutes.

2Remove from heat and stir in spinach. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Stir just before serving. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
