  • 1 lb
    shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 lb
    mussels
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 3
    garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes
  • 1 c
    white wine

How To Make mussels & shrimp in a light tomato wine sauce

    Combine on ingredients, except mussels & shrimps, in a large skillet, let simmer about 20 mins.

    add in mussels and shrimp, stir and cover 10 mins, until mussels open and shrimps turn pink....serve over your favorite pasta.
