I created this new pizza casserole recipe using supreme pizza toppings.

Ingredients For supreme pizza casserole

  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 2 c
    mini pepperoni, divided
  • 12 oz
    spaghetti
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2
    sweet Italian sausages, casings removed
  • 1 Tbsp
    steak seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    avocado oil
  • 4
    fresh white mushrooms, sliced
  • 1
    vidalia sweet onion, peeled and diced
  • 1 c
    sliced black olives
  • 2 md
    red bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar
    pizza sauce
  • 1/2 c
    shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    shredded Italian cheese blend

How To Make supreme pizza casserole

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Coat a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with a cooking spray. Add cubed mozzarella cheese and 1 cup mini pepperoni; mix well.

    Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.

    Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble in the Italian sausage, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat. Season with steak seasoning. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Heat avocado oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, onion, black olives and red bell pepper; cook and saute for 3 minutes or until the vegetables are slightly crisp.

    Season with Italian seasoning and stir well. Reduce to low heat.

    Add cooked spaghetti, beef/sausage mixture and pizza sauce; mix together until blended.

    Spoon evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with Italian cheese blend and remaining mini pepperoni.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and just begins to brown.
