Ingredients For mac attack

2 1/2 c1% milk

1/4 call purpose flour

1/2 tspeach dry mustard and salt

1/4 tspeach paprika and black pepper

1 1/2 cshredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese

2 ozlight cream cheese
-
1/4 cminced onions
-
3 Tbspparmesan cheese
-
6 ccooked elbow macaroni, you can use whole wheat
- TOPPING

1/4 cunseasoned dry bread crumbs

1 Tbspparmesan cheese
How To Make mac attack

1In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and flour until smooth. Cook over medium high heat until mixture is bubbly and thickened, about 7-8 minutes.

2Stir in dry mustard, salt, paprika, pepper, all cheeses, and onions. Continue to cook until cheeses are completely melted.

3Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Transfer to a large casserole dish that has been sprayed with non stick spray.

4Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over macaroni. Bake at 350, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
