Ingredients For lemon asparagus pasta

  • 8 oz
    angel hair pasta
  • 2 c
    asparagus, 1" slices
  • 1/2 c
    green onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    lemon rind
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • salt, pepper

How To Make lemon asparagus pasta

    Cook pasta, adding asparagus to last 3 minutes of cooking time.

    Drain.

    Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
