Our family loves this creamy cheesy noodle dish. Always served at family gatherings. Can garnish with paprika dusted on top or sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top then bake.

Ingredients For lee's mac & cheese

  • 16 oz
    box of elbow macaroni
  • 1 sm
    pkg. of velvetta cheese, cubed
  • 16 oz
    can of evaporated milk
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can
    cheddar cheese soup
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make lee's mac & cheese

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Boil noodles al dente.
  • 2
    Mix next 5 ingredients with only 1 cup of cheddar cheese with cooked noodles. Salt & pepper to taste. Then stir in egg.

    Pour in greased dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle remaining sharp cheese on top.

    Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
