Our family loves this creamy cheesy noodle dish. Always served at family gatherings. Can garnish with paprika dusted on top or sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top then bake.

Ingredients For lee's mac & cheese

16 ozbox of elbow macaroni

1 smpkg. of velvetta cheese, cubed

16 ozcan of evaporated milk
-
1 csour cream
-
2 csharp cheddar cheese
-
1 cancheddar cheese soup
-
1egg, beaten
-
3 Tbspbutter
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make lee's mac & cheese

1Preheat oven to 350. Boil noodles al dente.

2Mix next 5 ingredients with only 1 cup of cheddar cheese with cooked noodles. Salt & pepper to taste. Then stir in egg.

3Pour in greased dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle remaining sharp cheese on top.

4Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
