Ingredients For lasagna
- MEAT SAUCE

1 lbground beef
-
1/2 tspitalian seasoning

1 tspgarlic, minced

1 Tbsponion flakes, dehydrated

salt and pepper

1 jarpasta sauce
-
1/2 cwater
- CHEESE FILLING
-
2 lgeggs
-
1 pkgricotta cheese
-
1 cparmesan cheese
-
1 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
-
1/2 pkgfrozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
- TOPPING
-
1 cmozzarella cheese
How To Make lasagna

1In a pot over medium heat add all the ingredients for the meat sauce except the pasta sauce and water. Cook and stir breaking up any lumps in the ground beef until it is all browned. Add the water and the pasta sauce reserving 1/3 cup, bring to the boil then reduce the heat and let it simmer while you get the cheese filling ready.

2In a mixing bowl beat the eggs then add all the other ingredients and mix well

3In a rectangular oven pan spread the reserved 1/3 cup pasta sauce, top with a layer of lasagna sheets.

4Spread half the cheese filling topped with 1/3 the meat sauce then another layer of lasagna. Repeat these layers again. Add the last of the meat sauce on top, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese all over the top.

5Spray a piece of aluminium foil with cooking spray and cover the pan tightly. Bake in a 325 degrees F oven for 1 hr.
