Ingredients For healthy beef and noodle blast off

2 pdslean ground beef

1/2 cupsmall chopped parsley
-
2 cupswheat noodles
-
1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1 lrgonion small diced
-
10 ouncestomato sauce
-
1 1/2 tspsalt and pepper
How To Make healthy beef and noodle blast off

1In a 12 inch skillet. Brown your ground beef, drain ,place the grown beef back in skillet.

2In a lrg cooking pan cook your wheat noodle according to package directions drain ( can add 1/2 cup of the noodle liquid to skillet when recipes complete to make it moister) add noodles to ground berf in skillet.

3Add the rest of the ingrediants in the skillet and bring skillet to a simmer, simmer for 15 minutes turn off skillet set aside 5 minutes then serve. Top with your favorite shreded cheese
