Ingredients For fireman bob's special extravaganza

  • 1 lb
    angus beef - lean
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese - softened
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    red onion - chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt - or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    course sea salt - or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    fresh cracked black pepper - or to taste
  • 1/4 c
    fresh dill - chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes - ( optional )
  • 6 slice
    smoked bacon - crispy and crumbled
  • 1 lb
    angle hair pasta
  • 1 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 lb
    browned butter

How To Make fireman bob's special extravaganza

    Place olive oil in boiling water and cook angel hair pasta per package directions, set aside Cook bacon in large skillet till crispy, and crumble, set aside

    Place beef, onion, garlic salt, and dill in skillet with bacon grease and sauté till beef is browned, set aside Brown the butter and after draining the pasta, place in Large Dutch Oven or skillet and pour browned butter over pasta

    Combine sour cream, cream cheese, course sea salt, and pepper, mix thoroughly, set aside

    In large Dutch Oven, or skillet, combine everything together and place in oven and cook for 30 minutes Serve with a good Crusty Bread...
