Ingredients For farfalle bolognese

1/2 lbground beef

1/2 lbground pork

1/2 lbground veal

1carrot, diced

1celery stalk, diced

1 smonion, diced

2 Tbspolive oil

1 lgcan, crushed tomatoes

1 cred wine
-
salt/pepper to taste
-
1 boxfarfalle ( bowtie pasta)

1/2 cparmesan cheese
How To Make farfalle bolognese

1Boil Pasta according to box ( al dente,firm to taste)

2In a large skillet, saute carrots, celery and onions in the olive oil about 5 mins.

3add in the meats and brown.

4add the can of crushed tomatoes and the red wine.

5add salt and pepper to taste and simmer for at least 1 hour.

6gently stir in the Farfalle, sprinkle the parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley....Delicious
