Ingredients For corned beef cheesy noodle bake

  • FRIED CABBAGE IS EXCELLENT IN THIS CASSEROLE....HAD I HAD SOME, I WOULD HAVE USED THAT INSTEAD OF THE GREEN BEANS..
  • 12 oz
    egg noodles, prepared as directed on bag or box
  • 12 oz
    canned, corn beef
  • 3 - 10 oz
    cans, cream chicken soup
  • 2 can
    green beans ( drained) - or vegetable of your choice (optional)
  • 1 - 6 oz
    can. french fried onions - i used bread crumbs today, with butter and seasonings, - was out of the onions
  • 1 tsp
    dried mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 oz
    quick melting cheese, i use velveeta
  • HALVING THIS RECIPE WOULD EASILY SERVE 4 ( WHICH IS WHAT I DID )

How To Make corned beef cheesy noodle bake

    Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Butter the bottom and sides of the baking dish. In a large bowl, combine the noodles, soup, mustard salt, pepper, paprika and corned beef. Stir until evenly mixed.

    Fold in green beans, or preferred veggie.

    Place slices of cheese - or break cheese into pieces and evenly place on top of casserole.

    Top with fried onions or crumb mixture. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
