Ingredients For chili mac

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 can
    kidney beans drained
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
  • 1 c
    elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    diced onion (option)

How To Make chili mac

  • 1
    In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink and onions are softened
  • 2
    Add minced garlic, chili powder, beans, tomatoes, macaroni and water.

    Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, until macaroni is tender.

    Add cheese and cover for 2 minutes until melted. Serve immediately
