12 oz. frozen cavatelli (or homemade, if you're adveneturous)

3 1/2 cups homemade or store bought spaghetti sauce

1 1/4 cups ricotta cheese

1Bring large pot of lightly salted water to boil over high heat. Add cavatelli and cook til they all float to the top, about 7 minutes. If using frozen cavatelli, cook as package directs

2Drain well. don't rinse pasta, even if you mother thought you to do so.
