1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon fish sauce

1/ 2 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp black vinegar

4 teaspoons curry powder

1/ 2 pound shrimp

How To Make 28 curry shrimp fried noodle

1In a pot, add a little water, salt, oil, 3 teaspoons curry powder and then cook till it boils up. Then add the rice noodles.

2Remove and drain the water and then put the rice noodles in a bowel and cover it for 10 minutes.

3Mix eggs and add salt then stir fry in pan and then set aside.

4Saute shallots, garlic, add pork, mushrooms, dry shrimp, carrots, celery and cabbage.

5Add the cooked rice noodle in the pan with soy sauce, black vinegar, chicken favor or fish sauce, curry powder, shrimp, chive

6Then add green onions and eggs. Enjoy!
