Have been making this for years, as my husband loves it with our fresh zucchini from our garden and our peppers ! Easy and something different to serve. Hope you enjoy it too. !!!

Ingredients For zucchini / spaghetti

  • 1 lg
    green pepper
  • 1 lg
    red pepper
  • 1 lg
    onion
  • 2-3 slice
    of bacon
  • 1 lg
    zucchini
  • your own spaghetti sauce or jar of sauce
  • good olive oil
  • 1/2 lb
    spaghetti of your choice

How To Make zucchini / spaghetti

    In a Large fry pan , pour in your oil and cook your peppers, onion and bacon.

    Make your favorite spaghetti sauce or you can use a jar of sauce.
  • 3
    After all the peppers, etc are softened, put in sauce, then in the same oil, fry out your zucchini and put in sauce.

    Cook a pasta of your choice and put the zucchinni and sauce over it, add cheese to cover.
  • 5
    Fry zucchini out in oil used for your peppers, etc. then add to your sauce, pour all over your pasta.
