1 ccelery, sliced

3/4 csliced carrots

1 ccubed potatoes

3 1/2 cchicken broth

1 can(17-ounce) whole corn

1/4 cbutter

1/4 call-purpose flour

2 cmilk
-
1 Tbspprepared mustard

1/4 tspwhite pepper

1 tsppaprika
-
2 Tbspdiced pimiento

2 c(8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make wonderful cheesy vegetable chowder

1Combine first 6 ingredients in a large Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in corn; remove from heat.

2Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook just until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Gradually stir cheese mixture into vegetable mixture.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately.
