Ingredients For turkey curry

1/4 cupchopped onion

1 tablesp.butter or margarine

1 can(10.75 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
-
1/4 cupmilk
-
1 cupsour cream
-
1/2 teasp.curry powder
-
1-1/2 cupscubed, cooked, turkey

parsley,dried or freshly snipped
-
rice,long grain or instant (already cooked)
How To Make turkey curry

1Cook onion in 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.

2Add the cream of mushroom soup and the milk; heat and stir until smooth.

3Stir in the sour cream and the curry powder.

4Add the cooked turkey; heat through, but do not boil.

5Garnish with fresh snipped parsley, or with a bit of the dried parsley.

6Serve over hot, cooked rice.
