supervisor liver and onions

This recipe was taught to me by my supervisor when I worked in a nursing home, never liked liver before that,have been making this way ever since and that was 39 years ago. Every time I make this I think of that wonderful lady who has since passed. Enjoy.

Ingredients For supervisor liver and onions

  • 1 lb
    beef liver
  • 1 lg
    onion( cut in rings)
  • 2 can
    mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    water
  • 1 bag
    flour, seasoned

How To Make supervisor liver and onions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    sauté pan with 3 tablespoons oil.
  • 3
    (seasoned flour) salt, pepper, garlic salt, celery salt, and paprika
  • 4
    dredge liver in seasoned salt brown on both sides place in baking dish.
  • 5
    cover liver with onion rings, mix soups with water pour over liver and onions. Bake for 1 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven. Serve
