This recipe was taught to me by my supervisor when I worked in a nursing home, never liked liver before that,have been making this way ever since and that was 39 years ago. Every time I make this I think of that wonderful lady who has since passed. Enjoy.

Ingredients For supervisor liver and onions

1 lbbeef liver

1 lgonion( cut in rings)

2 canmushroom soup
-
1 canwater

1 bagflour, seasoned
How To Make supervisor liver and onions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2sauté pan with 3 tablespoons oil.

3(seasoned flour) salt, pepper, garlic salt, celery salt, and paprika
-
4dredge liver in seasoned salt brown on both sides place in baking dish.

5cover liver with onion rings, mix soups with water pour over liver and onions. Bake for 1 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven. Serve
