Ingredients For slow cooker cheesy tortellini

  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 lb
    bulk italian sausage
  • 1
    (15 ounces) container refrigerated marinara sauce
  • 1 c
    sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can
    (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with herbs, undrained
  • 1 pkg
    (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese filled tortellini
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make slow cooker cheesy tortellini

    In 10 inch skillet, cook beef and sausage over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.

    Spray inside of 4 to 5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix beef mixture, marinara sauce, mushrooms and tomatoes in cooker. Cover, cook on low heat 7 to 8 hours.

    Stir in tortellini; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; cook on low about 15 minutes longer or until tortellini are tender.
