sloppy joe

I grew up on Sloppy Joe's. I think my mom usually made them on Monday nights. I took her recipe and just changed it a little. My kids love it! Last time I used plain tomato soup, and added 1/4 cup Tostitos Roasted Red Pepper salsa instead of the chili sauce, and added a squirt of Sriracha chili sauce. I also use this sloppy joe for tortillas. I spread sour cream on the tortillas and add olives, shredded cheese and lettuce, avocado etc. and fold. Also, can mix half and half mayo and sour cream for the tortillas.
