41/2 inch pork loin chops, trim fat

1/2 tsprubbed sage seasoning

1small onion, chopped

2apples, cored and cut into thin slices

1 Tbspreal butter
How To Make sage fried pork chops/apples

1Sprinkle sage onto both sides of chops.

2Place chops in a large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook chops for 8 minutes on one side on medium high heat.

3Turn chops and add onion and apples. Cook for 6-8 minutes more or until chops are thoroughly cooked.

4Stir in the butter to melt into the apples and onions. Serve and enjoy
