I don't remember where I found this recipe but if you have never tried white chili all I can say is Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner

Ingredients For reverse chili

1 lbboneless chicken breast cut into cubes. for variety use 1/2 lb. chicken and 1/2 lb italian sweet sausage

1 mdonion chopped

1 1/2 tspgarlic powder

1 Tbspcanola oil
-
2 can(15-1/2 oz. each) great northern beans drained and rinsed

1 can(14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
-
2 can(4 oz.) chopped green chilies
-
1 tspsalt

1 tspground cumin
-
1 tspdried oregano
-
1/2 tspwhite pepper
-
1/4 tspcayenne
-
1 c(8 oz.) sour cream
-
1/2 cheavy cream
How To Make reverse chili

1In a large saucepan, saute the chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add the beans, broth, chilies and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes

2Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream and cream.

3Serve with rice
