Had a few things to use up in refridgerator so this is what I come up with.

Ingredients For linda's what to do breakfast

1/2 lbturkey sausage

5 lgmushrooms (diced)

5mini red and yellow peppers (diced)

3 Tbspcoconut oil
-
1 dashcumin
-
1 clow fat mexican blend cheese
-
2 mdwhole wheat tortillas (95% fat free)
How To Make linda's what to do breakfast

1Put coconut oil in saute pan.

2Add Sausage, peppers,and mushrooms. Cook till sausage is done and veggies are tender. Add dash of cumin.

3Spray cookie sheet. Put first tortilla on cover with turkey and veggie mixture.Add 3/4 cup of mexican blend cheese. Top with second tortilla spray lightly sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese

4Broil about 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
