We are raising Jacob Lambs for food & wool ~{ felting is a new craft passion} I am learning how to cook Lamb, this is my first try. Oh it was amazing .. My first time eating lamb too ..

Ingredients For lamb meatballs

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground lamb
  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    rosemary sprigs
  • 1/4 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • egg

How To Make lamb meatballs

    Mix all ingredients ~

    Fresh Jacob lamb is very lean ~ I rubbed olive oil on BBQ before turning on .. Helps sticking .. Watch carefully .. Turning as they cook ~
