ham and cheese melts

My followers may have noticed by now that my family loves anything we can make with Grands biscuits. This is another great way to use these biscuits to take the dull out of a sandwich.

Ingredients For ham and cheese melts

  • 1 can
    grands refrigerated biscuits
  • 8 slice
    american cheese
  • 8 oz
    thinly sliced deli ham (turkey, beef, chicken breast)
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    water

How To Make ham and cheese melts

    Heat oven to 375. Press 4 biscuits into 5 inch rounds on ungreased large cookie sheet. Top each with 2 slices of cheese and 2 ounces of meat.

    Press remaining biscuits into 6 inch rounds; place over meat. Press edges with fork to seal. beat egg and water with fork; brush over biscuits.

    Bake 13-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cut each in half. Serve warm.
