Ingredients For garbanzo stew

2 cangarbanzo beans/drained

1spanish chorizo/sliced thin
-
1/2 lbham/cut into cubes
-
1/2 conion
-
1/2bell pepper
-
1/2 jarred pimentos
-
3garlic cloves/smashed
-
1 lgcan fire roasted tomatoes
-
1 cdry cooking wine
-
salt/pepper
-
pinchred pepper flakes ( optional)

1 Tbspolive oil
-
1/2 cgreen olives
-
1 sprigcilantro
-
1 sprigparsley
How To Make garbanzo stew

1slice the chorizo and cube the ham ( cooking ham, not sweet)chop the onions, peppers and garlic.

2In a large skillet with olive oil saute everything together...drain the garbanzo beans ( soaked in water and salt) and rinse well.

3add to the skillet and combine...add the can of tomatoes and wine.
-
4add salt and pepper to taste, add in the olives, cilantro and parsely...simmer on low for at least 30 mins, serve with rice.
