Ingredients For crabmeat quiche

3eggs, beaten

3/4 cmayonnaise

1 Tbspflour

3/4 cmilk or half and half cream

1/2 cmushrooms, chopped

1/4 cscallion, chopped

1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper
-
1 cshredded swiss cheese

3/4 ccrabmeat
-
1frozen 9 inch pie shell
How To Make crabmeat quiche

1Mix first 4 ingredients with hand mixer, then add rest of ingredients.

2Bake pie shell 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

3Put ingredients in pie shell and bake for 40 minutes longer. If frozen, then first bake it for 20 minutes. When ready to use, take out of freezer and bring to room temperature. Bake 20 minutes more or until done.

4Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.
