Ingredients For chile verde potato stew

1-2 lbpork stew meat
-
1 tspcayenne pepper
-
1 tspfresh ground farro flour (or any other kind)

1/4 tspeach of salt and pepper

1/4 colive oil
-
1 lgyellow onion, chopped
-
4 cwater
-
1 pkgcontainer baca's frozen mild green chilies or large can of green chilies, chopped
-
28 ozla victoria green enchilada sauce
-
4 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 Tbspcumin
-
1 bunchcilantro, chopped
-
4 mdjalapenos, seeded and chopped
-
4 lgpotatoes, peeled, and diced in ½ inch cubes

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chile verde potato stew
-
1Toss cubed meat in the flour and salt and pepper to lightly coat it.

2In a pressure cooker with oil, heat, add the meat and brown.

3Add all of the ingredients except the potatoes and cilantro.

4Cover and cook for 30 minutes on high pressure.

5Drop pressure and remove lid.

6Add the potatoes and cook for six minutes.
-
7Open again and stir in cilantro.
