This is a vegetarian taco pie recipe that I came up with. If you are not a vegetarian feel free substituting the beans for any kind of meat! Just make sure to brown it first!

Ingredients For bisquick taco pie

1-2 canblack or refried beans
-
1/3onion, diced

1 cancorn
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
-
3/4 csalsa
-
3/4 cshredded cheese
-
1 cmilk
-
2eggs
-
1/2 cbisquick
- SERVE ALONGSIDE:

lettuce

sour cream

salsa
How To Make bisquick taco pie

1Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a pie pan or round baking dish with non stick spray.

2Mix beans, onion, corn, & taco seasoning.

3Put bean mixture into pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over the top.

4In a separate bowl mix the milk, eggs, and bisquick. Pour over pie.

5Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove pie from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese over the top of the pie. Bake for and additional 5 minutes.
