Ingredients For zesty sunday meatloaf

1 lblean ground beef
-
1 lbground pork
-
1/4 bottleheinz 57 sauce for topping

1 1/4 cshredded parmesean cheese, divided
-
1 cherb stuffing (left over from the holidays)

1egg
-
1/2 tspespresso powder, instant
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1 pinchcayenne pepper
-
1 tspparsley
-
salt & pepper to taste
-
1 smonion, chopped
-
2 stalkcelery with leaves, chopped

1/4 cmilk
How To Make zesty sunday meatloaf

1Preheat oven @ 325 degrees, mix all dry ingredients together with the exception of 1/4 cup of the parmesan cheese

2Wisk egg & milk, pour into mixture

3Continue to work to a moist consistency

4Place into ungreased loaf pan, topping with Heinz 57 Sauce.

5Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, sprinkling balance of parmesan cheese on in the last 15 minutes of baking.

6Remove from oven; slice, & enjoy
